Gatsby Cruises food and beverages, in a league of its own.
- Our menu wil be created by 4 different Michelin star chefs over the next 12 months, every 3 month’s a new Chef will be invited to create an additional finger-food menu, he/she will also train our staff for two weeks on how to prepare them.
- Next to our own team we also partner with delicatessen experts in Amsterdam to supply us with finger-food which are especially prepared for our monthly theme’s such as lobster festival, wine tastings, and many more.
- In the meantime we keep the bestsellers on the menu. The plan is to boast the results of 20 chefs over the next 5 years with a few menu items each on the menu.
- Our wine selection will include 30 of the top 100 wines in the world and some of the world’s best champagnes.
